How to use Changed Number Announcement System. |

| Please turn on your desktop speakers and check the volume level settings |

| You can simulate an incoming call by clicking on the handset. |
| |
| You will hear the welcome message, followed by a prompt to enter the OLD PHONE NUMBER . |
| |
| On entering the input, the IVRS retrieves the changed phone number from an MS-ACCESS database named CHANGEDNUMBERS.MDB and speaks out the new telephone number along with the date of its effect. |

| CHANGEDNUMBERS.MDB contains a table viz., NUMBERINFORMATION. |
| |
The table contains the following valid records for you to have a trial run. |
